Thanks for marking this as the answer. I ended up having to install an older 3com 3cb-TX NIC today due to the fact that my integrated networking option failed and all local hardware outlets and vendors are closed at the moment and I needed internet access now on this computer.

I found that Windows 7 did not provide a driver for this card. Why don't you buy a new card that will work without all erhernet the effort? This site in other languages x.
